Arrival Time


In order to have the best experience, we invite clients to arrive 5-10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check and choose from the vast range of colours available.

Cancellation Policy

At Eighty-8 we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies to all forms of bookings. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours notice. For the avoidance of doubt failure to notify Eighty-8 within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice for their appointments will risk loosing their appointment and being charged in full. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.


Group Bookings

Groups of 5 or more will require a 50% deposit made. We will require 48 hours in order to change or cancel the booking and deposits are calculated according to each treatment.

Gift Vouchers

If paying with a gift voucher you must give details at time of booking. Gift vouchers must be presented at reception upon arrival for the booked treatment. Failure to attend an appointment will result in full or partial payment for your visit to be deducted from your gift voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 06 months. Eighty-8 will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.


Lost Property

We ask clients to look after their property while at Eighty-8 as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended.

Nail Aftercare Service

In the event you chip your nails within 24 hours after treatment  (01 day), please report this with a photo to and we will offer you a free touch-up on the effected nails within three days. Outside this period there will be a small fee, please refer to price list.


Safety Precautions

Please let us know if you have overly sensitive skin or any specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or condition that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any changes in your health on subsequent visits.



Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with any third party organisations and we abide by the principles of UK data protection legislation.



All purchases of treatments are final and we are unable to exchange or refund.



Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other.Eighty-8 reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.


The Right to Refuse Treatments

Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness towards Eighty-8 staff will not be tolerated.
